I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2023
Interview
Overall it took a long time and you don't hear from the company for weeks at a time. Once you get to the in person interview in Dallas, it is very hit or miss. You can either get placed at a good table with people that are normal people and are in the same boat as you, or you can get placed with people that try too hard and try to outshine you. After you answer the questions, they start removing people from the room. Do NOT get discouraged if you get removed, some people get called back the next day or week.
