I applied online. I interviewed at American Process Management
Interview
Had one interview with HR generalist and another with the CEO within the same week. Each was very dry, especially with CEO. Each interview was about 15 minutes. CEO had my resume pulled up and asked questions about the companies I worked with prior. For this specific position, no training - they are looking for already highly technical people. CEO seemed to be the micromanager type, as they are very involved with projects. Wasn't my type of workplace environment - dry, cold, and all about efficiency with zero kindness. Just wasn't my style.

It was a Teams interview with the hiring manager. He was pleasant and answered my questions regardingthe size of the company and what types of projects they are executing. It was a true exchange of questions and answers.

Do you prefer Scheduling or Cost Analysis? What is your level of Excel expertise?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Process Management (New York, NY) in Feb 2021
Interview
I was called in the evening and asked to do a 15 minute introductory interview on the spot (I was busy so it went to voicemail). I prefer at least some time to prepare for my interviews. Regardless, I coordinated with the hiring manager for a phone interview the following day but they never called me during the one hour set aside. Never got an explanation as to why, withdrew my application after that.
