I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amgen in Feb 2021
Interview
Competency based interview using the STAR technique of situation, task, action and result. Interview was web based due to covid-19 and included two managers as well as HR representative. All interviewers were professional and personable. I did not feel intimidated in any way

A virtual interview followed by an in-person interview. A person should have atleast 2.5 yrs or more to apply for the position into that specific role. More of a managerial kinda interview with few technical questions specifically related to amgens background.

Managerial question
Question specific to your domain ie working experience and how you standout from others.
Completed the first round HR interview and was invited to choose a date and time through the AI assistant to interview with the Hiring Manager. 30 minutes before the scheduled interview time, I was notified that the hiring manager was no longer available and was provided another list of available dates and times. The day the rescheduled interview was supposed to take place, I was again notified that there was a scheduling conflict. Rescheduled once again, same thing happened again, and I didn't bother to continue. Extremely unprofessional
Quick, questions as to be expected at each stage. No panel interview or presentation. Questions following the usual 'tell me about a time when...' structure. Recruiter was prompt at sharing updates.
