First round: phone interview with a recruiter.
Information review: recruiting manager is a gatekeeper
Second round: Interview w/ hiring manager if you pass the recruiting manager's review.
The recruiter was robotic, impersonal, and only interested in entering standard data. He didn't know anything about the role and literally read PD bullet points when I asked him to provide more detail about job responsibilities.
