A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. Said she had a position open she’d like to talk about and to send her my resume. Ok, fine. She quickly scheduled a zoom call for me and her boss for the next day. During the video call, the boss asks about 4 questions and 10 minutes in says she wants to put me through to the client. Great! Days pass and no word. I finally reach back out to receive a generic “they went with other candidates” email. Very perplexed by the whole situation.
