Got an email requesting for a phone interview. The owner rescheduled the call several times last minute. Said she was "busy". I finally got the call and it was short, direct, straight to the point. I was told there would be a bonus structure and room to grow. I initially wanted to work in marketing but they said the event coordinator would involve into some marketing (which it never did). After the call, she requested an in-person interview. She was late to that as well. Brought in the other owner (they are all family). They had very judge-y facial expressions. The interview was short. I was told i would get an answer in the next day or so. After me sending a few follow-up emails they decided to give me the job, but i didn't start until 1 week later because the owner had to get my desk ready. Worse mistake of my life to accept the job but I needed something at the moment and i learned to appreciate where i am now because of it.
