I had a terrible experience with Amura's recruitment process. After applying for a position, I went through a lengthy and disorganized hiring process that included multiple rounds of interviews and tests. Despite my performance being strong throughout the process, I ultimately received an update that I was not selected for the role. What's more concerning is that I received no feedback or communication about why I wasn't selected. This lack of transparency made the whole process feel like a waste of time and left me with a negative impression of the company's professionalism and respect for potential employees.
