I am writing to express my frustration regarding the interview process I recently completed. At the beginning of the process, I clearly stated my current salary and my compensation expectations. Despite this, I was asked to proceed through multiple interview rounds, including meetings with the Hiring Manager and the Recruitment Director. After being selected, I was informed that the company’s maximum budget does not meet the expectations I disclosed at the very start. I feel that this process was poorly managed and has resulted in a significant waste of my time over the last 15 days. I hope you will reconsider how transparency regarding budget is handled in the future to avoid similar situations with other candidates.
