Interview
They call gou in foe an interview. The manager will be the one to ask you questions etc Then after that if he liked you they call you in for a second interview where the whole staff will meet you and at that time you will get a tour of the facility etc. Next step, the staff gets together and talks about all interviews and together as a staff they vote who they think will fit in and work the best. Then they call and hire who the staff nominated.
