The interview consisted in two part. First they will go over your resume, and ask questions about it. Then they will give you an assessment test to see your skill level and competencies with computer programs.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Angus One (Vancouver, BC) in Sept 2016
Interview
Met with Max, really friendly guy and do very helpful. Spent around 15 mins going through resume, past experience etc before sitting a test on computer skills and typing etc. Max discussed with me a role he had available and advised he was happy to put me forward for the role. The receptionist here was also very pleasant.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Angus One (Vancouver, BC) in Dec 2014
Interview
Applied online. If I remember correctly, I received an email to schedule an interview. That only took a couple days. Then I came in and did a series of tests, eg. Excel. It wasn't until I was in the interview, that I discovered it was for a full-time permanent position, when I clearly stated I was only looking for temp jobs as I would be leaving the country soon. So I was called in to interview a separate time with someone for temp jobs. The interview was pretty basic, no tough questions. I received a job opportunity shortly after. They don't tell you the company until after you accept the offer. Makes sense so that you don't go apply to the company yourself.
Keep in mind, anywhere you work through the temp agency, you can't work there for at least a year. Otherwise they will take a commission on it.

Question 1
I don't remember, but they were pretty basic.
Then I had a followup with who would've been my manager, but that was more of a meet and greet.
