It was a disastrous experience. HR did not use email to communicate with candidates. Instead, they used WeChat (this position is not in mainland China). They only reply to messages or update results very late, like 8pm to 12am, and are unreachable during working hours. DO NOT give them your confidential information before receiving an official offer! They will make you an offer over a WeChat call and then ask you to provide detailed information for processing. However, after you provide it, they disappear. All of their promises, such as "you will definitely get XXX from us within XXX days," are like a funny joke. HR is full of lies. They will use all kinds of excuses to delay the process, such as MC, the HM being away on a business trip, being unable to contact the HM, scheduling conflicts, and pending approval from the finance department. Even if something happens during the process that has to stop the hiring process, it's important to tell each party ASAP to save time for both parties. However, Anker's HR won't do that. They will use all kinds of lies to make you wait, and then they will disappear. This is the worst interview experience I've ever had.
