The interview process was a great experience; it was kind, transparent, and quick. I liked that there was a low-threshold environment with an open culture.
Also, the interviewers were open to indicate how the daily operations are in the company.

I was called by recruiter and invited for the interview. Although, position was natural fit to what i did before , feedback given after the interview doesn't make any sence. It seems hiring manager even didn't ask relevant question on those topic and make assumptions. Or maybe it was just a random reason given for rejection. Didnt felt like i want to apply there again.

What kind of tooling or process you use for managing engineering changes ?
Open, transparant en laagdrempelig. De recruiters lieten tijdens het sollicitatiegesprek een goede indruk achter. Daarnaast werd er een duidelijk beeld geschetst van de functie in kwestie. Tevens werd aangegeven hoe de bedrijfscultuur is bij Anteryon.
