I find this position in career fair.The phone interview only about 30minutes,very simple and some basic questions. First introduce yourself and introduce your project.The interviewer will introduce their company to you, and will let you fill a document about your OPT state.
Very easy process. Very easy coding questions and expect a bunch of oop, sql questions in the language u familiar with. The recruitment department sucks cuz they don’t care how many spots left, u might pass the interview and get CANCELLed

1st round hr with coding, 2nd round tech concepts. smooth and very easy interview. Very limited headcount in this bad year of the job market. Interviews still go on when the batches are already full, bad management.
