There are about 2 rounds of Interviews of RJT Compuquest to be a Software Developer here. And the first round is phone interview, the second round is Skype Interview.
The recruiter initially contacted me and scheduled an interview with a staffing company. During the interview, the interviewer focused heavily on very specific syntax-level questions rather than discussing problem-solving, system design, or overall technical understanding. The questions were extremely detail-oriented and centered on exact syntax rather than practical application or real-world scenarios.
