I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Appalachia Cookie (Boone, NC) in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview process wasn't very intriguing because they didn't ask important questions. The pay was also insanely low for the tasks given. If I wasn't in college and looking for an entry level job I would have passed.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Appalachia Cookie (Charlotte, NC) in Aug 2017
Interview
I submitted an online survey/application that asked some basic questions and I uploaded my resume. The owner gave me a call a few days later asking if I could come in for an interview. I did, and I was very excited about the position and in need of a job so I accepted the job on the spot and was scheduled for a training shift of which I could back out and they could let me go without any repercussions if things didn't seem to go so well on that first shift.
