I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Applitools (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Dec 2018
Interview
It started when the company's CTO, Adam Carmi contacted me at LinkedIn, Proposing me the opportunity to build the back end of a new product from scratch. I was very impressed by the idea of starting a project from scratch so I said yes.
After few days I got a phone call from recruiter to schedule another phone call with Adam. In the other call, Adam gave me information about the company and the role to which I was candidate. I told him about myself, my professional background and my skills.
The next step was on site technical interview with 2 applitools engineers. The interview included both coding and design related questions (medium level)
Few days later I had another 2 on site interviews: one technical and one with HR.
Next step was a job offer (which I accepted)
The overall intetview proccess felt very good, fast and efficient. All the people that took a part in this process were really kind and also made a very good impression on me (proffessionally).
