Apps Daily Solutions interview questions

I was called for an interview with this company for the position of HR Recruitment Manager . When I reached the venue, lady who was fresh management trainee asked me to wait for the interview panel which never showed up. Meanwhile I had a short discussion with this lady for about 15 minutes hardly post which I was told that they will get back to me. The whole thing looked like they were hiring for a bpo calling job Instead of an integral Human Resources position of their company. Being a HR myself working for a Fortune 500 company...I can tell you that nobody conducts interviews in such a shoddy manner when the candidate has put in their time to come attend the interview. And the best part is..when I was on my way out..the people from the interview panel were busy chatting in the lift lobby! Makes me wonder..if a candidate is treated like this...how are the employees treated!
