During the interview, I had a really positive experience with the interviewer. They were quite understanding and even asked me twice if I was feeling nervous, which I must admit was a bit evident on my face. The atmosphere was quite relaxed. The questions mainly revolved around core computer science subjects, which were expected given the nature of the trainer position. I was also asked to write code for a given topic and then explain it, which was a great way to assess both my technical skills and my ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. I appreciated the fact that the interviewer took the time to address any doubts I had during the process. Overall, it was a productive and engaging interview that not only tested my knowledge but also helped me feel more at ease.
