I got mail form aptroid for Technical Associate – Digital Marketing Job responsibility:  Should be ready to work in Technology process – (Profile contains: 30% Technology involvement & 70% Into Process) . There are total 3 rounds. 1.Written Test. 2.Techincal Round. 3.Hr Round. In Written Test there are total 60 questions.30 questions about Logical and Reasoning and 30 questions about Networking,Java,Mysql,DLD,C and Linux all these questions were simple. After Written Test next day i got call that i have been shortlisted for Next Round. Second Round was Technical ,he asked me to introduce myself and next he asked about java and bootstrap because i was good in that like tell me about OOPS concept,What is interface and few more questions.

Initial round would be written test on Aptitude and Programming followed by Technical discussion and then followed by Formal discussion it is so long process,Your Skill is least bothered.Even if you perform well in all rounds you may not select ,I personally felt they are simply passing time.
