Most unprofessional interview process in my career history. First is an got an online questionnaire test which i passed. Second was video screening done by another operations Assistant with no recruitment experience. The lady was not sure on what she was looking for. A waste of candidates time away from our own schedule. Advice get a functional Hr department and improve on your communication.
