Arcanys Java Software Developer interview questions

This is a review about the application process of the company and not just the interview. They currently have a gentleman's agreement between my current employer. I've already went through the HR interview, exam, and technical interview. But at the end, they blocked me from the opportunity just because of that. They made me went through the process but in the end, they just told me they will hold my application despite my current employer already gave me and them a go signal; that it's really up to me to decide on what company will I work for. I can't imagine applying not during the pandemic. Meaning, I would have traveled to the office again and again then just telling me in the end that I've passed but they won't proceed because of a certain agreement. My advice to future applicants is to see to it that they CEO doesn't have any relation to your current employer. You might just get blocked in the end.
