I got communicated with by their CEO since I was looking for changing my workplace. I was interviewed by the Co-founder partners and they were very unprofessional in regards to the place I worked at then, he kept doing weird stuff like pointing the light from the mouse to my eyes, asking personal questions like my marital status, how many people I dated, and about my mental health state, which was very unsettling and suspicious, I was still accepted yet I declined the offer,
Their process is :
Communication from management to interview > application filling> interview > an email/ phone call/ texr msg on whatsapp if u're accepted, with their offer > negotiation > hiring.
