Arellano Associates interview questions

Two interviews, one with the recruiter and then with the hiring manager. They were both conversational and informative interviews. Relax and be willing to ask questions. They want to know if you’ll be outgoing/approachable enough to feel comfortable in the role.

The interview process was interesting. I learned more about the job position, realizing it is travel-based and requires much in-person work. The interviewers described it as a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
