Initial phone call with a recruiter, interview with hiring manager, technical interview, interview with stakeholder.
The recruiter that I was working with was not professional. She would not ask me for my availability and would throw events onto my calendar, despite the fact that I am currently working a full time job and have other meetings. Even when I volunteered my availability, she said she would schedule based on the team's availability. I had to really push her to start scheduling things during times when I was available.
After all this, she called me and told me that they were going to make me an offer, and that the team was working on putting it together. After ghosting me for a week during which point I followed up twice, she finally called me and told me that they would no longer be moving forward due to re-leveling the position at a lower level. What a waste of time!
