Interview
The interview process was reasonable and consisted of two separate interviews over two days. I met with the managing attorneys and litigation manager. We discussed my experience in litigation and the job requirements. I felt that they were more interested in whether I would fit in with the firm culture more than my skillset. I liked their interview method because they were trying to get to know me personally instead of just focussing on my past jobs.
