      Application

I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Arootah

      Interview

I interviewed as a candidate for client advisory having a ton of experience in this field. The initial interview was 30 minutes. The interviewer scheduled a zoom call with me and we had a 30 minute interview. While the interview was positive, the interviewer did not provide his contact information. I realized the interview had been scheduled via a generic "do not reply" email. I had no way to follow-up. My second interview was difficult. The interviewer yawned many times during the conversation, did not show personal interest, and was dressed in workout clothes. My third interview occurred after another 6 months of follow-up. The timing puzzled me. In that interview I learned that the company did not have clients that I could coach. The process seemed to be simply to scope out future talent, but there was no available job even though there was a posting.

      Interview

This was for a contract opportunity with poor communication in a very startup environment. No expectation to gain clients for the foreseeable future. The interview process was fairly easy and included an assessment.
