Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Array (NY) (San Diego, CA) in Sept 2025
Interview
The interview has been very quick and efficient. Everyone I have talked to are excited to be part of the mission and helpful with any questions I have asked. Talked to the recruiter, then sales manager and have a call next week with an AE about the Array's culture. Then the last interview is a disco call style pitch to sales manager and another member. Excited to continue with the process.
After four rounds of interviews, including a business case presentation, cold calls, and discovery role-plays, which required a significant time investment, they don’t even bother to share feedback. You only find out through an automated email.
After the initial round, an automated email is fine, but after such a substantial investment in these exercises, they should at least provide written feedback, if not engage in a call.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Array (NY) in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview process at Array can be a bit daunting. It starts with a recruiter meeting, followed by several assessments, then an interview with the hiring manager, additional assessments, and a panel interview. I also had a meeting with a team member to review a document about how the company works, to ensure alignment. I didn’t move forward beyond that stage, so my experience ended there.
I found it a bit strange that they repeatedly asked me to leave a review on Glassdoor throughout the interview process.

Question 1
One question they asked was how I would handle a situation where I disagreed with a decision made by the company or a manager.
