Send 10 questions to answer. Second they send aptitude and behavior test. Then they do an interview and then afterwards another interview with an higher up. After the interview they do a mock discovery and mock call. Also there is a business case you have to create for an ideal prospect. I didn’t do the aptitude test, nor the behavior test, wanted to see if they actually check.

Extremely long process involving assessments followed by recruiter chat, hm interview, panels with product, sales and ops, then panel presentation. Was ghosted by team for 3 weeks after final rounds and was sent an auto reject after reaching out twice. Recruiter ended up going elsewhere right after the ordeal.

Interview
All interaction with the recruiter throughout the multistep process is conducted by email. There are initially 2 online assessments for personality type (10 minutes) and cognitive skills (15 minutes). This is followed by an AI interview of approximately 30 minutes. After evaluation of the AI interview, a 30 minute interview is scheduled with the hiring manager. Next follows a triple "loop" interview with 3 employees, conducted in sequential order via three 30-minute sessions. Finally, there is submission of a 5 to 7 minute recorded video of a sample sales presentation using a scenario crafted by the company.

Beyond the typical interview questions, they have their triple interview focus on a document called "How we work." They each select an item from the list and ask how you would handle the situation. The "How we work" document is intended to highlight how the company operates, its culture and environment.
