Interview
All interaction with the recruiter throughout the multistep process is conducted by email. There are initially 2 online assessments for personality type (10 minutes) and cognitive skills (15 minutes). This is followed by an AI interview of approximately 30 minutes. After evaluation of the AI interview, a 30 minute interview is scheduled with the hiring manager. Next follows a triple "loop" interview with 3 employees, conducted in sequential order via three 30-minute sessions. Finally, there is submission of a 5 to 7 minute recorded video of a sample sales presentation using a scenario crafted by the company.

Beyond the typical interview questions, they have their triple interview focus on a document called "How we work." They each select an item from the list and ask how you would handle the situation. The "How we work" document is intended to highlight how the company operates, its culture and environment.

Interview
6 rounds of interview within 2 weeks then long wait time and had to constantly follow up with HR. Plus the company makes you take a test that has nothing to do with the role. For some reason they value this test then actual practical knowledge and experience. I would stay way from this company.
