First, there was a professional interview focused on PHP, Laravel, Docker, and previous projects. Following that, a test task had to be completed, and in the final round, a personal interview covered company introduction and personal future plans.

First round: 15 minute phone call with CEO about my experience and the job
Second round: 40min video interview with head of mobile development. Very surface level, even technical questions were not too technical.
Last round was supposed to be an in person non technical meeting where offer would be presented. After technical interview CEO promised me to call in a week I was never called, no feedback, so we never went to the third round.
