Interview
1st Round: Asssessment Centre - Craft/Creative activities with assessors watching and taking notes. 30 people in the room split into five table groups. Creative/Mature applicants.
2nd Round: Interview - Panel with two assessors. Roleplay then questions. Rougly half the people from the Assessment Centre selected for interview.

It was conducted online and consisted of a series of questions like 'tell me about a time where you provided excellent customer service' or 'tell me about a time when you felt you could have done better'. They also asked what makes the customer service I provide special.
