it's a 3 step interview, very structured process. One of the interview - the second - is quite long, above 1h but the hiring manager warned me. The questions are mostly around past experiences.
The process took just over 1 month from interview to offer.

the questions were kind of repeating per each previous employer, a lot on the "how". Also they always asked what my previous manager would say about me at that time - also they ask for the contact of the managers but at least in my case they didn't contact them
