I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Asana (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Received a coding challenge after applying online. Heard back in a week for a phone interview.
Phone interview was a database design question + an algorithms question, but they were more interested in the general idea of how to implement the algorithm, not the specific code
On-site had a data structures/algorithms question with a similar style as the phone interview, a coding challenge that I reviewed with an engineer after completing, an API design question, and an object-oriented design question.
Heard back the next day that I passed the interview and got my references checked, then got the offer at the end of the week.
Everyone was really nice and I enjoyed the process overall.

Interview
The whole process took me around 3 weeks, which is really fast. The interviewers are very supportive and professional, they discuss with me the solutions and tradeoffs. The recruiter is friendly too. And she responds to my emails fast.
On the whole, the experience is great.

Interview
Online assessment (no compiling) --> phone interview --> onsite.
However, onsite never happened cause they reached headcount (i.e. they had no more mentors lefts for new grads), and they overbooked their onsites.
They "compensated" back by sending me an $50 amazon gift card. So I guess it's cool. Next time I guess..
