The overall interview process was straight forward. However the company expects applicants to bend over backwards for them during the job interviewing stages. They will contact at improper times outside of working hours and will expect you to complete tasks over weekends.

Interview
You would meet the Manager or Boss, sometimes both and they will directly ask you the interview questions and hand you the contract to look over. They will also do a video interview to introduce you to the rest of the members of the company.

Interview
The first interview was with the Office Manager . Was very open and made me feel at ease. I went into the interview with no expectations bc of my age and I thought they would be looking for someone alot younger. I had been for many interviews & treated this one like all the others.
