I was contacted by a recruiter for this position through Indeed. After doing a thorough phone screen, in which I was asked normal interview questions (What was your greatest success? What salary are you looking to make? etc), I was invited to an in person interview with the VP of Business Development. After being asked to tell her about myself, she briefly described the type of business Assist America is, and then asked if I had any questions. It turned out to be more like me interviewing her, as I spent about 20 minutes asking her questions while she had only asked 2 questions: "Tell me about yourself," and "Do you have any questions for me?" After the interview, I attempted to contact my interviewer 3 times, thanking her for the opportunity and asking additional questions, and she did not respond. Finally, I contacted my recruiter, and he finally responded giving me the update that they were pursuing other candidates.
