Unfortunately, we rarely get a chance these days to express ourselves during the interviews which really test your personality. But the recruitment process in Assurity Consulting is incredible and the interviewers make candidates feel comfortable so they can express who they are and what they’re great at. My interview experience with Assurity has been the best in the last 10 years.
I never expected that the recruitment team would be so friendly and co-operative with an interviewee who was at overseas. There were three rounds - Initial telephonic round, Technical round, and Personality round.
In all the three rounds - the interview questions were very well designed in such a way that it tested the attitude, personality, instinct reactions, leadership skills, self-esteem levels, consulting skills, professional ethics, challenges, philosophy, my passion towards my work, my dream role, my hobbies etc. along with technical capabilities that a tester should possess as a team layer. I thoroughly enjoyed answering those questions.

The team was extremely proactive in supplying me with all the paperwork that was required to for my work visa application. I was thrilled to see my people development manager from Assurity at Airport who actually came to pick me up from the airport to the hotel. One month prearranged accommodation saved me from having to arrange it from overseas, and from rushing into flat-search right on the arrival.
