Aswig Solutions .NET Developer interview questions

The hiring & interview process of ASWIG Solutions or better known as AS White Global for .Net Developer involves an initial interview, assessment (which an exam) & the final interview. If you apply online and got shortlisted they will contact you thru email asking you for the schedule of your hiring & interview process. Which I think not so convenient to the person who does not have a full 24/7 access in internet connection(specially we're in the Philippines) because they are just using email as their way of communication for their applicants. I am lucky enough to have a 24/7 access in internet, so if you happen to have an interest applying for them always check your email starting to the day you have applied to them. I was shortlisted by the recruitment manager and asked to bring a valid ID & the copy of CV. The valid ID is for your access in the whole building so you need to give your ID to the receptionist & she will give you an access ID instead (don't worry you will get your ID, once you're out of the building). Their office is great as well as their employees. They keep on smiling to me as I am waiting for the recruitment manager and the time he arrived he greeted me with a smile & shook hands. He escorted me to one of their rooms and asked me to wait. He got back and asked me if I am ready to take the exam or get a lunch first. It's 10:40 am that time & I am a kind of person that I want to get things done before I eat so I choose to take an exam. If you want to take a break or prepare for the exam I suggest to take a lunch first if he asked you. So for the exam, the exam is quite difficult.....I think. I admit that I find it hard in some parts. The exam is more on your knowledge about .Net & technical knowledge so get your programming skills ready. What's good is the recruitment manager will give you a lot of time just to finish your exam because he said that would be your key to your hiring....the results I think. After I answered all my exam, the recruitment manager arrived and get the exam to me. This time he escorted me to the next room which is the interview room. Its just an one-on-one initial interview with him asking the typical questions in an interview. So you don't need to be nervous, just be confident & be yourself. The process is kinda fast (which is good...for me. I think because they have an Australian culture in terms of their interview process that's why) because right after your initial interview you will be proceeding to the final interview, which is to their IT Manager/IT Team Lead. So I got escorted to the other building, for the other interview room. As their IT Manager/IT Team Lead arrived he greeted me with a smile & shook hands. The final interview is more likely getting to know your background more. The work & projects you got involved and what you did. So you don't need to be nervous again, just talk fluently & comfortably. Right after the final interview the IT Manager/IT Team Lead escorted me to their doors & wish me luck if ever I got hired. As the recruitment told me, they will call it a day and they will just contact me if its a yes or no from them. It's been a week since then & I never heard anything from them so I think I didn't get the job? But I don't really know, maybe they would or wouldn't. So much for that, that is my experience with AS White Global/ASWIG Solutions - Philippines Branch in their hiring & interview process.
