Standard interview process, making sure that candidates have a goal for their internship time and will be a value add to the company. Two rounds of interviews, one with a general team member and one with a manager.

30 min interview with the Hr manager. Very nice and bit more casual. The interview had more personality questions/experience questions. Questions on how you think you could add to the company/through this job. Lead to a second interview.
