      Client Service Associate Interview

      21 May 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Atheneum Partners in May 2026

      Interview

Interview 1: The HR interviewer came a bit late, but she was very nice. I think I was only asked 2-3 questions. She mentioned multiple times that the job would be very rigorous and it would require "not take no for an answer". Make your work with outreach and KPIs clear. Interview 2: General Background interview. Don't be robotic, show your personality. The interviewer was very nice and personable. I didn't get a case study here but I saw that some people did. Make sure to log into teams 10 mins early because my link randomly was not opening when it had opened previously. Interview 3: I had two interviewers this time around. Make sure to REALLY brush up on your experience and how it relates to the role, specifically with outreach and KPIs. Do research on what the DITL would like in the role and what the company is. ALSO practice cold/warm calling with scenarios with objections (e.g. compensation negotiations and scheduling difficulties), I used Claudes voice feature for this, ask it to give you a brief example that you would use as notes to talk the expert-- making as close to reality as possible.

      Interview

Screening call, case study, in person. Overall an easy and quick process. I think they do a Great job of being transparent within the process about what they expect, and are eager to answer questions and stay communicative through the process.

      Question 1

Name a time that you’ve had to deal with multiple stakeholders and were overwhelmed. How did you succeed?
