It was very brief but informative. The hiring manager went over the club, what I will be doing for the job, even introduce me to the current staff. After the interview, they told me that they will call me during the week to see if I m still interested.

Interview
Formality, you need to know someone at the club who can get you the job. But it was a group interview with the other ticket takers. They just want to make sure that you can interact with others and treat the club members respectfully.
