Atlantic Business Systems interview questions

I had a face to face with hiring manager and he went over the comp plan after he asked a few simple questions. It was very informal and relaxed. I then received a formal offer a few days later.

Hiring manager was well organized. Gave a brief overview of the company then went through a well-designed series of questions to determine my knowledge. We also discussed the benefits available, potential salary range and information about the working conditions, client base, work load, etc. All in all, the interview process was comfortable, unrushed and personal.
