Interview
Recruiter call and written take home test. The test was easy with 5 simple technical problems in coding and a short essay. The recruiter called me within two days for next rounds that were done on Skype as I was not a local. They expect you have good hands-on skills. The face to face round had easy questions on Python and a pair programming session and rest api design. Make sure you have the edge cases covered. They also ask lower level technical stuff on Unix and AWS. Overall difficulty level was moderate.
The next round was one more technical discussion with a senior person. The last round was a behaviour and culture fit assessment.
Overall it took two weeks for them to rollout the offer. They also offer a generous relocation package.

Interview
1. Initial telephonic round of current working domain, tech stack I am working in and other basic questions and current CTC discussions. 2. After that 1st technical round of 3 hours. 3 . 2nd technical round of 3.5 hours. And after that I got disqualified. The worst part is if don’t want to select the candidate then what is the meaning of taking almost 7 hours of interview. One interview round took 3 hours it clearly means that candidate knows the things which is required for the role otherwise it would have over within 30 min of 45 min max. Now I don’t have idea that the organisation is working on which rocket technology that after 7 hours of good going interview where I have answered almost every question and demonstrated everything practically they thought I am not fit for the organisation. If this would have the result then why they have wasted 7 hours of mine and their time as well it can easily determine within 30 -45 min or 1 hr. 🙏
