It was quite a long process. I think it dependes on the position. It took my almost 4 months to get to the final interview. All of them were nice and we had a casual but professional interview.

The interview process was surprisingly very quick. I had an initial talk with the internal recruiter on Friday and after the end of the phone interview she already told me she will schedule me for next Wednesday with another team lead. After the Wednesday interview I had been scheduled for the final interview (4 interviews in 3 hours; tech, hr, company, management/leadership) for the next week again Wednesday. The full process did take less than 2 weeks and the communication with the team was great. Everyone was very professional. There were lot's of situational questions.
