Got an invite to a telephonic interview within a week of applying to the position on the website. The HR contact was professional responsive and helped me choose a date. During the interview, there seemed to be a disconnect between what was listed in the job description and what the manager was looking for. I didn't have experience in what the manager was looking for, so I'm surprised I was called to the interview in the first place. Overall, not a very good experience because I spent a lot of time learning about the company and preparing for the interview.

Great interview panel. Love that the company values are part of the interview process and that it is a random person from the company that will conduct it. Very casual get to know you type of Interviews.

Question 1
Compare your past experiences with the company values.
Recruiter was very nice, but the job description didn’t fully detail the key requirements of the role. It wasn’t until the interview that they shared “this is what we’re really looking for”.
The interviews required 6-7 rounds and a take home case study testing experience, behavioural questions, case studies, values and culture fit. I understand that hiring is super important but some interviews were very repetitive in terms of things tested for and questions.
