It’s was quick and amazing.
They offer sponsorship too.
You just need to crack an interview, interviewer was good, HR was one of the best and easy person to speak.
Process took 1-2 week only to receive yes or no :)

MacOS troubleshooting,
AV room set up, windows troubleshooting questions, general IT questions about printer connections, camera and mike issues, etc
It was easy but My technical knowledge wasn’t enough for best suit of this roles.
However, positive experience and great learning.

Interview
The interview was virtual. The questions i was asked shouldn't be asked in a tech support role because it made no sense and there was no connection. I googled some of the questions he asked me and i felt like laughing because they were so stupid. To be fair, the pay was really high and maybe they were looking for really good candidates which it turned out, i wasn't. so overall a very poor interview experience.
