Used the Caret interview service for the first interview. Questions were easy but were "javascript ephemera" type questions, not conceptual, so rote memorize javascript and frontend related trivia. Very organized and prompt process.

Round 1: screening round (telephonic
Recruiting team member will reach out to check the best fit for profile and discuss about current experience and work mode, future aspirations. Initially they shared the profile for full stack developer and told me that overall there are 5 rounds as per their standard process.

5. Discussion with manager : includes behavioural questions as well
After screening round, there was no communication for 2weeks. After that, one recruiter reached out asking for availability for coding round and scheduled half an hour to discuss about upcoming coding round.
Unfortunately the recruiter did not reach out. and did not even respond for few days, until I sent follow up mails.
After few follow up emails, got interview invitation from different person.
When the interview was confirmed, i got to know that it was not for full stack role...
The role was for senior frontend developer, which included browser coding and javascript coding. After coding round, system design round was scheduled.
