I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Atomic Design (Rochester, NY)
Interview
The interview was laid back and informative. The owner really made an effort to get to know me and make sure not only was a I good fit for the company but that they were a good fit for me. We spent the majority of the time talking about working style and understanding the responsibilities of the job.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Atomic Design (Rochester, NY) in Aug 2013
Interview
Their office is located on Alexander street (a popular location in Rochester). Office is decorated with vivid colors and everything is very clean. I met with a lady there who talked about the job and other various details. The interview was low pressure and straight forward. I unfortunately had to turn the job down due to it being an unpaid internship (which was not stated in their job posting). Otherwise I would have definitely joined up
