Interview Tenure: 1 Month
Process: First Round : a normal HR Interview(Telephonic)
Second Round:Technical round with the team managers(Telephonic).
Third Round : Shared Case study on which we have to come up with a suitable solution
Fourth Round: Presented the Solution for the case study with the UK Team (Telephonic).
Fifth Round: Negotiation.

Question 1
It was related to whatever job role which i was handling with the existing employer. & shared one scenario depending upon which we have to give the solution.
It was fair and simple. Also some questions were from latest hyper-scalars. They checked on data modernisation and migration. They also checked on my leading ability. I like the interviewing style.

Focus on real life scenario. How and where you can implement the it. Give practical implementation steps or process. Don't give Theoretical answer. Try to keep it simple and precise.
