Interview
half hour spent talking with the actual manager I would work with. Very casual. We talked about my previous experience in a large aircraft manufacturing facility, he was specifically interested in my customer service skills, not so much my expertise in Excel (which was part of the job description I was applying for) as he explained much of this would be taught on the job. This job contained a large amount of customer interaction via emails and Lync meetings, plus actual billing processes.
