the interview was telephonic and then i recieved a mail in few weeks then i had an assigment to do and then hired on the basis of assignment and withing few days i recieved offer letter with immediate joining dates.

Interview
I was asked questions by HR and then immediately proceeded to meet the founder. He explained the company's workings, job profile, job description And I got the offer in the evening.
It was easy. Basic questions were asked from marketing domain. Resume screening was there after that i had 2 interview rounds. after that i had a quick discussion with the CEO.
It was a good friendly interview. Just prove you are dynamic and willing to work and learn . They are very considerate and supportive. You need to have good command over a language and some idea of sales as well as a bit of imagination.
